Project details
Located in the historically significant city and the 400 year old walls that surround it, the center was build and designed to act as a hub for all its visitors. Within the centre you can experience all that Derry has to offer and allows you to explore the city virtually and plan your stay.
Follow the historic flight of Amelia Earhart first trans Atlantic flight by a woman n 1932. Through the software interactives developed by our production team follow Amelia’s journey and control your virtual flight around Derry collecting photographs you virtually take and send them to yourself via email. The centre also incorporates numerous other interactive elements including a immersive projection room, an interactive projected touch sensitive wall and an 18 screen video wall. Our team worked with the exhibition designers DESIGNMAP and our client Marcon Heritage to build the technical design, installation and commissioning of this experience.
Our production team developed all the software interactives and produced all the content for the center. The center has a very modern feel about it and the use of high technology to promote the city is used extensively.
