OSI PI Engineer required

Rockbrook currently has an opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong OSI PI experience to be based on a client site in Leinster. This is a technical lead role.

THE ROLE
In the OSI PI role you will be expected to define and maintain the site data historian, reporting and analytics roadmap while leading the team in day-to-day activities such as assigning and tracking tasks to completion and the monitoring of systems.

You will support the installation, configuration and validation of PI System components as well as continuous improvement and the optimisation of systems after installation and commissioning.  Draft, review and approve change requests, SOPs, work instructions and design specifications.

Collaborate with vendors on systems integration. Review and approval of vendor documentation including design specifications and SAT protocols.

THE REQUIREMENTS
At least 5+ years of experience in an operations/manufacturing environment with a Bachelors in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biotech Engineering or related computer science engineering are required.

Experience directing system design, configuration and application of business processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Experience during project delivery and operations support of Data Historian, Reporting and Analytics systems.

The following systems experience is preferred; PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Vision, PI RtReports, PI Notifications, PI Analyses, Emerson DeltaV, Kepware, Siemens PLCs, Allen Bradley PLCs, SQL Server, Siemens PM Server.
